By placing an order, you are requesting that your advert appears on our website. We will contact you by email if we are not able to accept the advert copy. Please provide all advert copy by completing our order form for online advertising. Any photographs must be supplied in accordance with the instructions on the order form. The copyright in all adverts (including text and photographs) shall be owned by us and you hereby assign all such copyright to us.
By placing this order, you are requesting that your advert appears on our website. This means that the advert, including your telephone number can potentially be viewed by all persons with internet access throughout the world. You consent to the publication of your data in this way.
There is no charge for advertising livestock, UK Cattle Online charge no commission on any sale resulting from such adverts.
We will not however divulge any further registration details to a third party for any purpose. The information you provide to us will only be used to ensure the secure and efficient operation of the classified advertising system.
Once accepted, your advert will be live immediately. You have the right to remove the advert for any reason at any time.
It is technically impossible to provide a website free from interruptions and (except to the extent that interruptions are caused by our negligence) we do not guarantee that your advert will be provided continuously or free of faults. In addition, we will need to carry out maintenance of the web site from time to time and in doing so we shall attempt to keep disruption to a minimum. We may discontinue, change, suspend, or restrict access to this service or any portion of this service at any time without liability to you or any third party.
If you wish to complain about any aspect of our service then please email us in the first instance at email@example.com explaining the nature of your complaint. We will respond within 5 working days giving you either a solution or a reasonable time scale for resolving the dispute. It is our intention to resolve disputes fairly, confidentially, effectively and speedily.

Buyers must rely solely on their own inspection and tests. Accordingly when we supply this information it is not intended to be construed as containing nor does it contain any representations of fact or warranties upon which the purchasers or any other person is entitled to rely whether as to condition, fitness, quality, health or freedom from disease of any cattle. Whether any cattle are in-calf or not or as to any other fact or matter concerning any cattle. It is the responsibility of the purchasers to check by inspection or otherwise the truth or accuracy of any information supplied by us and we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage howsoever arising in connection with any information supplied by vendors.
We are not party to any agreement between sellers and purchasers and cannot be held responsible for any dispute arising between sellers and purchasers.
