Very low healthy fat content,omega 6 ratio as good as wild salmon. must go direct for slaughter as they deserve a humane finish, as they have been reared like pets, bucket fed milk with a teat for 16 weeks and straight to grass, no corn, as nature intended. Will sell to a butcher, i am prepared to take to local abattoir but butcher must collect.
